This premium initiative, delivered through interactive workshops and supported by a structured trainee evaluation system, won adidas two Brandon Hall Group awards.

I collaborated closely with design teams, providing expert consultation on sports bra fit to inform future product development, and worked with the online team to create clear, concise guidance for consumers, helping them make confident choices when shopping for sports bras online.
